Bee Heaven Farm, in the Redland Historic Agricultural District, is an Organic Farming leader and host of the Bee Heaven Farm Community Supported Agriculture Program or CSA and the annual GrowFest! celebration.	Keys to Be the Change provides mentoring for Monroe County youth and adults. Yogi In Ya served as the organization's Farm to School Program Director in the Monroe County, Florida Public Schools. Community Health of South Florida, Inc. serves patients in Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties and strives to offer equitable access to quality primary health care services. Yogi In Ya Consulting Services has provided Strategic Transportation Planning Consultation for CHI in Monroe County.	Technical Advisory Group (TAG) member Building Resilience Against Climate Effects (BRACE); Community Adaptation Project grant awardee. BRACE is a CDC initiative, collaboratively implemented in a number of US cities and states.
